Data-Driven RAG Meetings
We track pupil data weekly through rigorous Red-Amber-Green (RAG) meetings. These sessions ensure a highly proactive approach to student tracking rather than a reactive one. To provide holistic, well-rounded support, these meetings bring together a specialist team of professionals, including:
- School Leadership: The Headteacher, senior leaders, and managers.
- Specialist Support: SEND, behaviour, and safeguarding specialists.
Targeted Daily Interventions
Inclusion is everyone’s business at Graham School, and we leave no stone unturned when it comes to supporting our students. Interventions are growing year-on-year to meet evolving student needs. Tailored support runs daily—before, during, and after school—and is dynamically allocated based on individual student data.
Following a strong Ofsted inspection in February 2026, the school continues to strive for excellence. We are fully committed to securing the strongest possible judgement for our inclusion and intervention practices in future reviews.
